Due to the kind of products we sell, Returns and Refunds are not possible, we can only do Replacements, in special cases.
If in case, if you receive a product damaged in transit, reach out to us with a full unboxing video, and we’ll replace the product.
As said above, we cannot process a refund in any case. But if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the product, reach out to us. Depending on your case, we’ll send you a replacement.
The final decision of whether the product requires a replacement lies with us.
